 FEE
1- CONTRACTING SITUATION: ___________________ Renting of ___________________ brand car with rent number to rent.

2- CONTRACT CONTENT: This contract covers contractual commitments of the parties and lease terms of the vehicle.

3-CONTRACTING: The contractor, who acts as the actor of the contract, agrees and accepts the obligations mutually, as stated below.

4- CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT: a) The fee shall be net and shall be paid at least ____________________ of each month. VAT, stamp, withholding tax and so on. All kinds of taxes belong to the RENT. In addition, the rent and insurance of the vehicle belongs to KIRALAYAN.

B) INTERPRETER, the agent has delivered all functions to the CHARTERER in working condition.

C) All kinds of breakdowns, maintenance, repair and fuel expenses that may occur in the vehicle from the date of the contract belong to the RENT. No fees will be requested from the CHARTERER regarding expenditures at any time. The leasing vehicle will take the necessary precautions to protect the vehicle in the best way and will carry out all kinds of maintenance in the course of time.

D) Cash - check - note of ___________________________ TL has been taken from the CHILLER as collateral.

5- TERM OF AGREEMENT: This agreement shall be valid for 1 (one) year from the date of written agreement. The extension, abbreviation or cancellation of the contract belongs to the RENTAL. If the Contract is not notified in writing 15 days prior to the contract end date, this contract will be automatically extended for another (1) year.

In the event of any dispute arising out of this contract, the parties agree that the ______________ courts are the competent jurisdictions.
