It is compulsory to hold and be able to produce a valid British or International Driving Licence.

Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age for cars and 25 for jeeps and minibuses. Age limits will show on the available car page. Driver must have held a valid driver's licence for at least 2 years.

An additional driver is FREE of charge and there is a FREE 24 Hour backup service.

Additional drivers must register at the start of rental otherwise your insurance becomes void. Our rental agreement includes 2 main drivers free of charge. Any additional driver will be charged a flat-rate fee of 10 GBP regardless of the rental duration.

Customers need to be in possession of a valid credit card to collect the vehicle. This MUST be in the name of the main driver and CANNOT be a pre-paid credit card or a debit card and must have sufficient funds available.

Payments: Important Note - Cash and Credit Card Payments -

We accept payment in cash or by credit card. Cash may be Sterling, Euro or Turkish Lira payable at the rate of exchange on the day. Please note that we do not recommend you buying Turkish lira from the airport because of the very low rate of exchange given. Additionally, even if you pay in cash, you will still need a valid credit card as a form of deposit against the vehicle.
If you choose to pay by credit card, please bear in mind that we have to convert the sterling amount payable into Turkish Lira using the "selling rate" on the date of transaction. It is likely that your own bank may use the "buying rate" to re-convert it, thus you may see a slightly different amount charged on your credit card statement. Some banks may also charge a small fee for international transactions.
For clients wishing to avoid these charges, we suggest you pay in cash.

When using dalamancars.com to book, you may have entered only approximate flight information.
It is however vital that we receive your precise flight numbers and arrival and departure dates and times (as per your flight tickets or travel itinerary) as soon as possible for our records. Please use the 24 hour clock system and take extra care if you are travelling at night. This correct information will assist us greatly so we can check locally if your flight is on time and thus ensure that we have your vehicle ready and waiting.
Please remember that you need to be back at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight departs, but our representative will pre-agree a drop-off time and place when filling out the hire agreement

Clients will be met in the arrivals hall at Dalaman Airport by our representative, the vehicles are available from the airport car park a short distance away from the terminal building.

It is recommended to book any child seats, booster seats, Sat.Nav or Additional Optional HTW insurance etc. now online to help us provide you with a better service.

Child seats can be provided on request, but must be ordered at time of booking. Please note that these seats are of a standard ‘one size fits all’ design, suitable for a child weighing up to 16 kg. Should you have any concerns we recommend you bring your own.
Any child seat will be charged at a flat-rate fee of 10 GBP regardless of the rental duration We are not responsible for the fitting of car seats and car seats must be returned in the same condition.

All local taxes, insurance and delivery charges are included in the rates we quote you, but please note that damage to Headlights Tyres and Windscreen, is not covered by Turkish insurance policies. Additional Optional Insurance Cover ( HTW - Headlights Tyres and Windscreen ) can be purchased at a cost of £3 per day for cars and £5 per day for minibuses and SUV’s.
